This STUNNING timepiece is a vintage Bulova 23 "A" -23 Jewels Selfwinding- wristwatch dated from 1954, one of "the greatest achievement in a century of watchmaking".
It is an automatic watch with a Bulova movement caliber 10BOAC, 23 jewels, sweep second, U.S.A. made.
It has a beautiful black starburst pattern with silver arrow as hour marks and matching hands. The dial is signed with Bulova name and "23 Jewels SELFWINDING" as well.
Very UNIQUE round case and bezel design; fancy lugs design as well. Stainless steel back.
This watch is coming with a brand new black "Genuine Leather" two-pieces strap.
After 60 years, it is still in LOVELY condition. Runs very well and keeps great time.

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust light, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
The condition is pre-owned.
The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
