The Cocktail ring was introduced in the flamboyant 1920s and grew in popularity through to the 1950s when cocktail parties were in fashion and women desired to stand out by wearing large colourful statement pieces.

Aquamarine is adored for its beautiful clear Ocean blue colour which complements most skin types. The stone was once believed to be the treasure of Mermaids, and was used as a token of happiness and good fortune.

The stone is set in a fancy 14ct Yellow Gold shank displaying beautiful workmanship all round.
